As a Guest Sales and Services Representative, you are pivotal to the success of our business as you are the first point of contact for our holiday guests. You will be responsible for answering all inbound and email enquiries with the focus on converting them to holiday home bookings. In addition, you will actively promote some of New Zealand’s best holiday homes. There will also be the requirement to support our holiday home owners too.
We are looking for a number of full time/part time passionate customer care super stars to join our high performing team.
What We Need You To Do:
- Answering and converting inbound calls and emails to bookings
- Supporting and answering guest queries
- Altering existing bookings to best suit our guests needs
- Managing live chat
- Up-selling our holiday homes
Important Skills To Have:
- 12+ months call centre experience
- Strong Communicator
- Exceptional verbal and written communication

As our Senior Accountant, this role is critical to the success of the business as you will lead all day to day finance functions. You will be responsible for the production of our monthly financial accounts for reporting to our Board. In addition, we are in the midst of the design and build phase of our new business system in which your expertise will inform the best way forward.
Someone with exceptional accounting skills and an excellent eye for detail. Numbers are your absolute forte. You are a natural problem solver, but happy to ask when you need to. Your ok with working without supervision but being a team player is really important too. You must have a can do attitude and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Important Skills to Have:
- 7+ years Accounting experience
