Savvy Network is a new innovative online Connection Service that focuses on the real value within any recruitment process - connecting with the right expertise first up, with minimal fuss.
Our Connection Service allows businesses to list a new job opportunity, search our network database for available talent and connect with members that best fit their selection criteria.
To connect businesses send members a connection request and if accepted by the member, the business is charged a Connection Fee.
Members can join, connect and search the network free of charge.

All connections are pre-purchased on credit card and processed via our secure online payment gateway (maintained and secured by EWay New Zealand Ltd, division of Global Payments Inc.).
All pre-paid connections are non refundable, unless agreed and coordinated with Savvy Network.
All Connection Fees are charged in NZD.
When Am I Charged a Connection Fee?
It is FREE for businesses to sign up, list job opportunities, and search the network.
Businesses are only charged a Connection Fee when a Connection Request has been accepted for any of their open job opportunities.
For Example:
- A business lists a new job opportunity then searches the network.
- They find 5 suitable members and decide to send a connection request to all 5.
- If all 5 members accept then 5 x the Connection Fee is charged.
- If only 1 or 2 members accept then 1 x or 2 x the Connection Fee is charged, etc.
Note:
- If a business receives a Connection Request from a member and accepts after reviewing their short-view Network Profile, a Connection Fee is also charged.
- No Connection Fee is charged for a declined Connection Request.
For each open job opportunity it is at the discretion of the business as to how many Connection Requests they send to members (for accepting) and/or how many they accept when approached by members.
Prior to sending or accepting a Connection Request, businesses can review a members short-view Network Profile to decide if their expertise is aligned to requirements. Once a connection is accepted, businesses can access the members full-view profile, which includes contact details, full CV and references.
